Police arrested the nephew of Bharatpur MLA Dr. Subhash Garg in a case of fraud of Rs 85 lakh.

Bharatpur : Bundi Police arrested Tanyam Garg, nephew of Bharatpur MLA Dr. Subhash Garg, in a fraud case. Even after taking Rs 85 lakh from Bundi businessman, he did not send the goods. The businessman tried to contact Tanyam several times. When there was no contact, the businessman lodged a case of fraud against the accused at Bundi police station. After this the police reached Bharatpur and arrested the accused.

Advance of Rs 85 lakh was given for the supply of mortar.

Bundi Dei businessman Sanjay Goyal gave an advance of Rs 85 lakh to Tanyam Garg for supplying the mortar. When the goods were not supplied, he contacted Tanyam Garg. He did not even answer the businessman. Businessman Sanjay Goyal registered a case of fraud against accused Tanyam Garg at Dei police station in Bundi district.

Accused of threatening head constable Parasram Gurjar

Dei police reached Bharatpur to arrest the accused. It is alleged that then MLA Dr. Subhash Garg’s PSO Mukesh Meena protested against the arrest. Threatening head constable Parasram Gurjar, he said that not only you, but even Bharatpur police can’t arrest him. Even after this the police arrested the accused.

Supplies mortar by opening a trading company

Accused Tanyam Garg owns Tanyam Trading Company, which sells mortar through this company. Bundi businessman Sanjay was in contact with him for a long time, who used to buy mortar from him. Every time he would deposit the money in the account and the accused would be harassed. But, this time it did not bother even after taking money in advance. There are 8 cases registered against accused Tanyam Garg.
