Police caught 5 accused of cyber fraud in Bharatpur

Bharatpur : Khoh police station of Deeg district has arrested 5 vicious thugs. 5 mobile phones have been seized from the accused. The accused send fake screen shots and messages to people to deposit money in their mobile phones. After that he asks people to deduct some money and give it back to us. People return the money to them without checking the balance. This is how cyber thugs cheat people.

Khoh police station officer Vishambhar Singh said that on November 22, information was received through an informer that 4 to 5 boys were committing cyber fraud on the unpaved road from Hayatpur to Bhodaki village. On the information of the informer, the police force reached the spot. Seeing the police vehicle, cyber thugs started running in the fields. Policemen chased them in the fields and caught the accused.

The accused revealed their names as Wahid resident of Bhodaki, Sakir, Mustaqeem, Adil Rizwan resident of Palda. When the five accused were searched, 5 mobile phones were found with them. During interrogation, the accused told that they make screen shots of payments through fake phone-pay and send them to people. By sending a money credit message, you tell them that the money has been credited to your account by mistake. Deduct some money from them and give the remaining money to us. And, some people do not check the balance and give the money back to cyber thugs.
