Kota : The police constable accused of raping a woman in Kota has been arrested. Recently, the victim woman had filed a rape case against the constable of Nayapura police station. On which the police had started action. After internal investigation, the police has now taken action and arrested the accused constable.
The victim and the accused are relatives
Kota’s Deputy Superintendent of Police II Gangasahaya Sharma said that both are distant relatives. Both live in Nayapura police station area, although they are posted at different places. The Deputy Superintendent of Police said that a written complaint was given by the victim in Nayapura police station.

The victim woman had told that the constable had raped her several times. On the woman’s report, a case was registered against the constable under rape and other sections and after the investigation was completed, he was arrested. Also, the accused constable was suspended.
