Police got a big success, mastermind of Raju Tehat murder case arrested from Italy

Jaipur : Anti Gangster Task Force (AGTF) ​​has arrested Amarjeet Vishnoi, a member of Lawrence Gang and associate of gangster Rohit Godara, in Tarpani, Sicily, Italy. For the first time, Rajasthan AGTF has taken action abroad against an active associate of gangster Rohit Godara, who threatens influential people for extortion through WhatsApp and internet calls from abroad. ADG Dinesh MN said that a reward of Rs 50,000 was announced on Amarjeet Vishnoi, a resident of Bichwal, Bikaner, after the Raju Tehat murder case. Accused Amarjeet had arranged for shooters and weapons for the murder of gangster Raju Tehat while staying abroad. MN said that information is also being gathered about other members of the gang sitting abroad. They will also be arrested.

This is how gangster Amarjeet Singh was caught

Amarjeet Singh Vishnoi, a resident of Bichwal in Bikaner, played an important role in the Raju Tehat murder case. Amarjeet had fled to Dubai even before the murder of gangster Raju Tehat on 3 December 2022. After the murder of Raju Tehat, Sikar police arrested Amarjeet’s wife Sudha Kanwar on 6 December and sent her to jail. But, after a few days she came out on bail and then Sudha Kanwar went to Dubai.
After this, Jaipur Police made a plan to catch Amarjeet in Dubai. But, before that Amarjeet escaped from Dubai to Italy in October 2023. He went to Italy via Cyprus. The accused was living in Tarpani, Sicily city of Italy since 23 October 2023. During this time Amarjeet was constantly in touch with his wife. Due to this, the police got a clue of his location and was finally caught.

The team of Anti Gangster Task Force is engaged in gathering information about gangsters living abroad and active associates working for the gang. For this, separate inquiries are made of those who follow gangsters on social media, those who help gang members in Rajasthan and members who have been arrested earlier, with the help of local police. During interrogation, it was revealed that Amarjeet was in Italy. After this, the horoscope of accused Amarjeet was obtained from two associates of Rajasthan Police living in Italy. Then, after taking a warrant from the court, Italy Police was contacted through CBI and Interpol and after complete verification, Italy Police arrested accused Amarjeet on 8th July. Now efforts will be made to bring the accused from Italy to Rajasthan through the Central Government.

DIG Yogesh Yadav, ASP Vidya Prakash, Narottam Lal Verma, Siddhant Sharma, Rajesh Malik, Deputy Superintendent Kamal Puri, Inspector Ravindra Pratap Singh, Sunil Jangid, Commissionerate Inspector Manish Sharma, Constable Kuldeep Singh had investigated the background of the gangsters.
