Barmer : Sensation spread in the entire area when the bodies of a young man and a young woman were found in a water tank in Sodiyar village of Chohtan police station area on Tuesday. Prima facie, it is believed to be a suicide due to love affair. Police took the bodies of both of them out of the tank and kept them in the mortuary of Chohtan hospital and started investigation. In the report given in the case, the cousin brother told that the deceased young man had sent him a message late at night, in which it was written to check in the tank. When he went to the tank after seeing the message in the morning, the bodies of the young man and the woman were found floating.
The young man had left home saying he was going to Malpura
The police said that the girl is a resident of Malpura village in the Dhorimanna police station area, while the boy is a resident of Sodiyar village in Chohtan. They were in a love affair for some time. The police said that the bodies of the youth Khetaram (20), son of Netaram Bhil Sodiyar, and the girl Jassi (18), daughter of Khetaram Bhil, resident of Malpura, were found in a tank in the boy’s field in Sodiyar border. Rawataram, the cousin of the deceased, gave a report to the police and told that Khetaram left the house on Monday evening saying that he was going to Malpura, and did not return home at night.
Considered a suicide due to love affair
The report said that a message was sent to the cousin’s mobile late at night to check at the tank, in the morning when he went to the tank after seeing the message, there were two bodies lying there. On Rawatram’s report, the police got Khetaram’s post-mortem done and handed over the body, while after the arrival of the girl’s family, a case will be registered on the basis of the report. At present, the police is considering this case as a suicide due to love affair at first sight, action will be taken after the report of the deceased’s family.
