Political war intensifies in Charousi Assembly, triangular contest spoils the equation

Jaipur : By-elections are to be held on 7 assembly seats in Rajasthan. A triangular contest is visible on many seats. But one of these eighty-four assembly seats was won by Rajkumar Rot of Bharat Adivasi Party (BAP) by defeating BJP. Now this seat has become vacant after Rot became MP. But now when there is a by-election, along with BAP, apart from BJP, Congress has also entered the fray for this seat. That means a triangular contest is clearly visible here. In such a situation, the eighty-fourth assembly seat is full of challenges not only for BAP but also for BJP and Congress. Now, to win, all three parties are applying multiplication and arithmetic to correct the distorted equation.

Now everyone’s eyes are on the eighty-fourth assembly seat. This seat has created a lot of political stir in recent years. That’s why it remains a hot seat. Although the public is away from election meetings during the harvest season, everyone is calculating the multiplication of victory and defeat in the fields and fields. The candidates are also busy in wooing the people. Parties have entrusted the responsibility of campaigning to their senior leaders.

BAP candidate Anil Katara with the help of tears
Eighty-four seats of Dungarpur have become vacant after Rajkumar Rot became MP. He was MLA from here for the last two times. Reached the assembly after registering the second biggest victory in the state in the 2023 elections. Then he also became an MP and by-elections are being held here. This time all three parties have fielded new faces. Tribal Party has made Anil Katara its candidate here. Anil is currently a member of the Zilla Parishad. The party is in the fray on the basis of Rajkumar Rot’s work, tribal identity and identity politics. Anil hopes that father will register victory this time too like in the 2023 elections.

BJP’s Karilal Ninoma gets support from double engine
BJP is preparing to dash the father’s hopes on this seat. Tribal leader and Tribal Area Development Minister in the present government, Babulal Kharadi is going among the tribals here and telling them the benefits of being a BJP MLA in the double engine government. BJP has made Simalwada chief Karilal Ninoma its candidate here. In their meetings they accuse the Father of misleading the tribal youth. They say that the tribals will go with BJP this time.

Congress’s Mahesh Rot has hope from the youth
Congress is also trying to make the fight for this seat triangular between the two parties. Congress has fielded young face and sarpanch Mahesh Rot as its candidate. He has been the student union president. He was also the General Secretary of Youth Congress and now wants to reach the Assembly. But it is not easy to win the seat by relying on the weak organization of Congress. However, Mahesh claims victory on the basis of youth.

What is the equation of voters?

2 lakh 55 thousand 401 voters will vote on this seat

Of these, 1 lakh 30 thousand 637 are male voters.

The number of women voters is 1 lakh 24 thousand 763.

The Election Commission has made 244 main and 7 auxiliary booths for this.

Amidst the claims and promises of the three parties, the basic issues of the people are rarely heard. People of the area are still struggling for basic facilities like roads, education, health. The water problem is quite serious.
