Possibility of rain in this district of Rajasthan, IMD issued new alert

Bundi : Even though monsoon has bid farewell from Rajasthan, light to moderate rains are still continuing in many districts of the state. Jaipur Meteorological Department has predicted light to moderate rain with thunder in the districts of Baran, Kota, Bundi, Jhalawar, Udaipur, Dungarpur, Banswara, Pratapgarh and Chittorgarh within the next 60 minutes. The department has issued a yellow alert for these districts.

Light rain expected

According to the Meteorological Department, the weather is likely to remain dry in most parts of the state in the coming days. However, due to the partial effect of another weak western disturbance, there is a possibility of light rain or drizzle at isolated places in North Western and North Rajasthan. The weather will remain mainly dry in most of the remaining parts.

According to the Meteorological Department, the highest maximum temperature in Rajasthan was recorded at 38.2 degrees in Phalodi, Jodhpur. Whereas the lowest minimum temperature of 18.9 degree Celsius was recorded in Sangriya of Hanumangarh. Light rain was recorded at some places in East Rajasthan. Whereas in western Rajasthan there was light to moderate rain with thunder. Maximum rainfall of 47 mm was recorded in Sujangarh of Churu.
