Alwar : Alwar While the state government is making efforts to provide quality education in government schools, on the other hand the shortage of teachers has ruined the education system. More than one lakh teacher posts are vacant in government schools of the state. Half yearly examinations are near but due to shortage of teachers the teaching work is lagging behind. The students are neither getting complete information about the subject, nor are they able to complete the syllabus on time. The education system is being affected due to vacant posts of teachers of all cadres.
The outstanding DPC of four sessions should be completed soon: More than 17 thousand posts of assistant are vacant in the education department. Recently, the State Public Service Commission has issued an advertisement for the recruitment of 2202 posts of Vyayata, which is the lowest among the recruitments in the last 11 years. If the state government quickly promotes the outstanding promotions of teachers of all cadres of the last four years, then the shortage of teachers can be bridged to some extent. The number of posts may also increase in the upcoming third grade teacher recruitment. Due to vacant posts, the teaching work in schools gets affected as well as the quality of education. And the future of the students is also affected, the government should solve this by making new recruitment and the outstanding promotions of the last four years quickly.
