Bundi News Desk: On Kota Dausa Mega Highway passing through Bundi area, there are potholes at about 25-30 places between Deikheda and Kapren, in which patchwork has not been done yet. Due to these potholes, accidents are happening on the roads every day in which many people lose their lives. On Saturday night too, the bus going from Kota to Chauth Ka Barwada went out of control at the turn near Barana Ghat while trying to save the pothole and overturned due to which two people died on the spot. Fatal accidents at dozens of places on the Mega Highway road. There are potholes. Ridcor and administrative officials have been informed about this several times. Potholes, which have become the cause of dozens of accidents in the last six months, are now proving fatal. The administration should wake up now.

Dinesh Vyas Deikheda Trade Board President

There are about 35 potholes between Barana Ghat and Kapren, out of which there are big potholes at eight to ten places. Since it is a copper shop, there is a daily commute and due to the absence of potholes at night, there is a possibility of an accident. Once during the night, my bike slipped into a pothole due to which I got injured. At one place on the road towards Jhapayata in Deikheda, the pothole formed during the rains has not been filled till now and many people have got injured here, so the same on the Laban side. And also around Tejaji’s Taparia, there are three-four potholes in the middle of the road where vehicles have gone out of control many times and have slipped, these should be filled soon.
