Pratapgarh : Gautameshwar, the main pilgrimage site of the district, called Haridwar of Kanthal, will be carried out under religious tourism. In this, more than three and a quarter crore rupees have been approved by the government for various works. On this, a proposal has been made by Forest Department and Panchayati Raj Department’s Panchayat Committee Arnod here and sent to the government. From where the work will be started upon approval. Due to which religious tourism here will get a boost. In these works, works worth about one crore rupees are proposed by the Forest Department in the hilly part. Whereas in the plains and upper places, work worth Rs 1 crore 78 lakh 50 thousand will be done by Panchayat Samiti Arnod. It is noteworthy that the Gautameshwar temple and part of the hills here fall in the forest area. In such a situation, various works here will be done by the Forest Department. In which proposals worth Rs 1 crore have been made. Whereas the upper part here is under the Revenue Department. Due to which various works here come under the Panchayati Raj Department. In which proposals worth two and a quarter crore rupees have been made by Arnod Panchayat Samiti.

Here in Gautameshwar the upper part comes under the revenue department. Here the work will be done by the Panchayat Samiti. In which pipeline and GLR tank will be established at Salamgarh intersection. Along with this, pipeline and GLR tank will also be established near Mandakini Kund and pipeline and GLR tank will be established on Ganesh Ghati road. Along with this, Dharamshala will be renovated and public facilities will be constructed on Suhagpura Road. The Dharamshala situated in the temple premises will be expanded and public facilities will be constructed. Along with this, strengthening, beautification, landscaping and lighting work of the pond will be done here. For lighting here, high mast light will be installed near Hanuman Temple, near Kalka Mata Temple and high mast light will be installed near Valmiki Ashram.
