Pratapgarh medical facilities will increase, patients will get relief

Pratapgarh : Pratapgarh Dawoodi Bohra Samaj on Tuesday presented an antibiotic sensitivity machine and an ESR (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate) reader to the district hospital. The offering, an initiative of the society’s Project RISE initiative, will significantly enhance the clinical capabilities of the hospital and benefit patients. Along with District Collector Dr. Anjali Rajoria, representative of Dawoodi Bohra community in Pratapgarh, Adnan Hussain and prominent members of the society also participated in the program.

This vital device will provide free testing for a variety of infections and inflammatory conditions, impacting approximately 1200 patients per day and 35 to 40 thousand patients monthly. The hospital also provides services to neighboring areas including nearby villages Arnod, Pipalkhunt, Dhariyavad and Dhamotar, where such advanced diagnostic facilities were previously out of reach. Expressing gratitude to the religious leader of Dawoodi Bohra community, Syedna Mufaddal Saifuddin for his contribution, CMHO Jeevraj Meena said that this will significantly increase the medical capacity of the hospital. OP Dayma, PMO of the hospital, said, “These tests were done manually by laboratory technicians, which was a time-consuming process, which often led to delays in diagnosis and treatment. The new automated machines will significantly reduce turnaround time, provide quick results and enable timely medical intervention.
