Pratapgarh : A blood donation camp was organized on Friday in the 15th death anniversary of late Harish Anjana at Uday Niwas located near Harish Anjana Post Graduate College, located on Bhanwar Mata Marg in Chhotisadri city. This camp was inaugurated with garlanding and lighting of lamp on the photo of Harish Anjana by Jeevaram Choudhary MLA Sanchaur, former Cooperation Minister Udaylal Anjana and other social workers. A large number of youth donated blood in the camp. Due to which a total of 664 units of blood were collected.
Among the major blood banks participating in this blood donation camp, the blood banks of Government Sanwaliya District Hospital Chittorgarh, Rajdhani Blood Bank Jaipur, Red Cross Society Neemuch, Pacific Blood Bank Umrada and other hospitals made important contributions. Along with social, religious and political leaders, many social workers and local persons also participated in the blood donation camp. Along with blood donation, a public awareness rally was also organized in the camp. In which the Municipality Chairman, social workers and local people participated in large numbers. Fruits were also distributed to the patients on this occasion. People said that the event increased awareness about blood donation in the regional society.
