Pratapgarh youth’s murder revealed, dead body found in a well in Mota Mayanga

Pratapgarh : Police has revealed the case of the dead body of a youth found in a well near Mota Mayanga of Suhagpura police station area. In which four accused have been arrested. While two minors have been detained. Everyone is being interrogated. Police Officer Rameshchand told that the dead body of Ravi son Premchand Meena was found in a well near Mota Mayanga. Which was quite old. During this time, the deceased’s father Premchand, son of Labhchand Meena had given a report at the police station. In which it was told that two teenagers of Labadabra hall place Mota Mayanga were friends of his deceased son Ravi. Along with Ravi, Vishnu son of Ganesh Meena, Dhanraj son of Gopal Meena resident of Motamayanga, Ishwar son of Kanwarlal Meena resident of Borankheda and Rupesh son of Mannalal Meena resident of Veerpur together took Ravi under the culvert behind the police station and beat him up. To escape from them, Ravi ran and while running, reached near a well without a parapet and fell in. The deceased did not know how to swim. Due to which he died in the well itself. This incident happened on November 10 around 10 pm. Police registered a case in this regard.

During the investigation, the police team, on the basis of technical analysis, found that the deceased Ravi had gone to meet his girlfriend in Mota Mayanga on the night of 10 November. Police found the involvement of accused Rupesh alias Rooplal, Dhanraj, Vishnu, Ishwarlal and two minors. Everyone was searched and detained. During interrogation everyone narrated the entire incident. In which it was told that on the evening of 10th November, deceased Ravi had gone to village Mota Mayanga to meet his girlfriend. The girlfriend’s minor brother saw Ravi there. Told this to his friend Dhanraj and Vishnu. Taking them along, they followed Ravi towards the road leading to Borankheda village. Where other friends Ishwarlal and Rupesh also came with a motorcycle. When Ravi started running to escape, the accused again caught hold of Ravi and beat him up. Ravi escaped and ran from Borankheda Road towards the footpath. Everyone caught hold of him and during the scuffle Ravi fell inside the well. After this all the accused ran away from there. Police arrested all four in the case. Two minors were detained and deposited in the observation home. While all four accused have been taken on police remand. Where intensive research is going on regarding the incident.
