Premchand Bairwa’s statement on son’s viral reel
While talking to the media in Jaipur, Bairwa said, ‘It is not wrong for children to travel in a car. My son is seen in the video. There is nothing wrong in this. It is my good fortune that PM Modi has made someone like me the Deputy Chief Minister. After this, my son is also getting a chance to sit in expensive cars. He has also seen a nice car. My son studies in senior school. He had gone with his school friends. My son is not even 18 years old yet. No vehicle was escorting the son, rather the vehicle was following behind him under security. If someone makes it unnecessary then it is his choice.
Questions are being raised on Jaipur Police escort
In the viral video, Premchand Bairava’s son is seen sitting in a luxury car with his friends. This video has been shot in Amer area of Jaipur. On social media, people are raising questions about the escort given to the minister’s son and the disregard for traffic rules. Congress leaders have also said that on what basis is the minister’s son using the escort given to the minister? The family is given security only under special circumstances or on the basis of any kind of intelligence report. After all, on whose instructions is the Jaipur Police vehicle escorting the minister’s son’s vehicle?
‘No traffic rules were violated’
There is also a question of traffic rules, because driving without a seat belt is also legally wrong. Under traffic rules, seat belts are mandatory on all vehicles manufactured after 1995. Apart from this, modifying the body of the vehicle without the permission of the transport department is also against the rules. Driving a vehicle without HSRP number plate is also against the rules. However, on these questions, Minister Premchand Bairwa said that the traffic rules have not been disregarded in any way.
