Bharatpur : Now new students, farmers and other scientists will be able to read and view the research done by agricultural scientists and university students anywhere through the e-library. Till now, such research papers, after being published in books, remained limited to that university only. These research papers were available only in the libraries of that university. Now in the coming time, the pages of hard work done by scientists over the years will also be available on digital platform. So that any new researcher from any college or university will be able to take advantage of it. Now an e-library will be created for this.
Where not only research papers will be available, but information about other literature and schemes related to agriculture will also be available. So that farmers and students can get maximum benefits. Students had to buy dozens of books just for reference for research. In future they will be able to read and view these books online without any cost. They will also be able to download them. Vice Chancellor of Shri Karna Narendra Agricultural University, Jobner, Dr. Balraj Singh said that the children in the college are already getting a lot of benefits from the digital library. He informed that a national conference will be held on this subject on 6th and 7th December. In which about 500 IT professionals and librarians from across the country will gather. The Ministry of Culture, University and Rajaram Mohan Roy Library Foundation will brainstorm on developing agricultural e-library. So that it can be made available to the people.
