Recipe for making Suran vegetable

When you cut suran, apply mustard oil on your hands. This will reduce itching. Put oil in the pan and heat it. Add suran in it and fry it. Now take it out. Make a paste of onion and garlic and fry it in this oil. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, dry mango powder etc. and fry. Now add tomato paste to it and then fry until it turns red. Put suran in it, add water, cover and cook. When it becomes thick, turn off the gas. If you want, you can also add lemon juice in the end.
