Along with this, an announcement has also been made to provide financial assistance to the families of those who lost their lives in the accident. PM Modi announced an ex-gratia of Rs 2 lakh from the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund to the families of the deceased who lost their lives in the accident and Rs 50,000 to the injured.

Earlier, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath took cognizance of the road accident in Kannauj. He also expressed condolences to the families of the deceased. He also directed the district administration officials to immediately take the injured to the hospital and provide them proper treatment. Along with this, he also wished for the speedy recovery of the injured.
Chief Minister Yogi instructed the district administration officials to reach the spot and expedite the relief work.
Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya also expressed grief over the Kannauj road accident and wrote, “Extremely sad news was received about the casualties in the road accident when a double-decker bus collided with a divider on the Agra Expressway in Lucknow.” Is.
