Sirohi : In the Adarsh Credit Cooperative Society scam case, Society Liquidator HS Patel has now started taking possession of properties worth crores of rupees purchased with the society’s money. After passing the order to attach the society’s land on behalf of the liquidator and sending a letter to Sirohi Collector, now the Revenue Department has started action on the orders of the District Collector. The Revenue Department has filed the mutation of 4 properties in the name of the liquidator. Whereas action is going on in the remaining cases. Recently, the liquidator had also sent the list of land purchased with the society’s money to the District Collector. Which also includes the land of borrowers who have not repaid the society’s loan. The liquidator had taken possession of the land and had also installed his own boards.
Utation of four properties
According to informed sources, following the written request of HS Patel, the liquidator of Adarsh Cooperative Society, after getting guidance from the government, the Revenue Department transferred the properties in the name of the liquidator. Till now, investigation of 4 properties has been opened, in which one property is said to be in Rampura, two in Wadakheda Gol and one in Sirohi. This property has been described as Sambhav Energy, some Adarsh Nagar and agricultural land of Wadakheda.
Guidance sought from ED regarding Javaal’s property
Here, some properties belonging to Adarsh Society are also in Javal. This is also being described as a loan. Whose mutation is yet to be opened. Since there is a note of non-transfer from ED on this property, the district administration has sought guidance from ED. Further action will be taken only after getting guidance from ED.
