Churu : Churu After the declaration of support price of Kharif crops, the Cooperative Department and Rajfed have started weighing of moong across the state, while the weighing of groundnut will start from Monday, November 18. Weighing will continue from 9:15 am to 5:30 pm in Churu, Sardarshahar, Sujangarh, Ratangarh, Sadulpur, Bidasar, Taranagar and other areas.
Vibha Khaitan, Deputy Registrar of Churu Co-operative Department, said that a total of 873 procurement centers have been set up across the state, out of which 9 centers have been established in Churu district. This time the support price (MSP) of moong has been fixed at Rs 8682 per quintal and that of groundnut at Rs 6783 per quintal. In Churu district, maximum weighing of groundnuts will be done in Sardarshahr and Sujangarh, while the figure of weighing at other centers will be relatively less. .
