Jodhpur : On the occasion of completion of one year of the State Government, a District Development Exhibition was organized in the Municipal Council premises regarding the progress of departmental works in the district. The development exhibition was visited by Secretary in-charge Meghraj Singh Ratnu and Collector Harjilal Atal. District level officers gave information regarding departmental work and progress on completion of one year of the state government. The development works of the state and the district were showcased in the District Development Exhibition. In the exhibition, information about the progress of schemes and works is being given to the general public by the departments. At the beginning of the development exhibition, information about major tourist places, temples and important places of the district was also given on the theme “Phalodi at a Glance”.
Live telecast of Chief Minister’s Employment and Youth Festival
The live telecast of the state level program of Chief Minister’s Employment and Youth Mahotsav organized in Jodhpur was seen in the Municipal Council Auditorium in the presence of the Secretary in-charge, Collector, public representatives and officials. During this, 69 newly appointed personnel were congratulated by the Secretary-in-charge and the Collector while giving them appointment letters. The Secretary-in-charge asked all the personnel to perform their duties on time and complete the work with discipline. While addressing the employees, the Collector gave information regarding their government duties including completing their assigned tasks on time with a spirit of service and not being negligent in any way.
In the program, cycles were distributed to the girl students of class 9 under the free cycle distribution scheme by the in-charge secretary and collector. Tablets were also distributed to the best performing students in class 10 and class 12. With the aim of promoting vocational education, Kaushal Kit was distributed to the students by the Secretary-in-charge and the Collector. The faces of the students were seen beaming with joy after receiving bicycles, tablets and skill kits in the district level programme. During this, Subdivision Officer Sunil Panwar, CMHO Dr. Abhishek Aggarwal, Joint Director of Information Technology Ashok Aseri, public representatives and other officers were present.
