Government of India has been should intervene in this matter. The Hindu society of India stands with the Hindus of Bangladesh.”

Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Delhi Province President Kapil Khanna said that everyone is aware of the situation in Bangladesh. The situation there is worrying. Since 1947, whenever any incident happens there, Hindus are persecuted. Now the situation has become even more frightening and our religious places are being demolished. Hindus are being tortured. Instead of providing security to the saints, they are being put in jail. Putting him in jail is very condemnable. Our demand is from the United Nations and the Government of Bangladesh to provide security to all Hindus.
It is noteworthy that many people of Hindu community have also been hit by the ongoing violence during the coup attempt in Bangladesh. ISKCON’s Chinmoy Krishna Das Prabhu has been arrested for protesting against this.
