Kota : Rajasthan State NEET UG Medical and Dental Admission/Counselling Board-2024 (Rajasthan State NEET UG Counselling 2024) released the provisional seat allotment (Merit List) of the first round of state level counselling for admission to medical and dental colleges of Rajasthan late on Friday night.

Parijat Mishra, career counseling expert of Allen Career Institute, said that for MBBS course in government medical colleges in Rajasthan state level 85 percent quota, the closing rank of general category boys was 13162, closing rank of general category girls was 13197, closing rank of OBC category boys was 13405, closing rank of OBC category girls was 13432, closing rank of EWS category boys was 14622, closing rank of EWS category girls was 14866. Closing rank of MBC category boys was 25263, closing rank of MBC category girls was 25401.
SMS College Jaipur became the first choice
Whereas in SC, the closing rank of boys category was 83838, SC category girls closing rank was 83298, ST non-tribal boys category closing rank was 99446, ST non-tribal category girls closing rank was 98212, ST tribal area boys category closing rank was 306215 and ST tribal area girls closing rank was 313474. In Government Medical College, Sawai Man Singh Medical (SMS) College Jaipur was the first choice of all the candidates and Government Medical College Karauli was the last choice. This is the first session of Jhunjhunu Medical College included in counseling this year.
Take special care of these things in future
After the declaration of final seat results, candidates will be able to print the online allotment letter between 31st August and 5th September. Which will be generated with their own login ID and password. After this, after the allotment is released, the students (who have been allotted government medical colleges like Government Medical, Government Medical Society Rajmes, Jhalawar RUHS Medical College and Government Dental RUHS Dental College) will have to appear in the Academic Block SMS Medical College Jaipur with their original certificates between 31st August and 5th September. Along with this, the candidate will also have to take the final print out of his application form in two sets. All the original certificates mentioned on page number 3 of the final application form and their photocopies must also be taken with you.
What should students who have been allotted private colleges do next?
After the allotment is released, students who have been allotted private medical and private dental colleges will also have to appear with their original certificates in the Academic Block SMS Medical College Jaipur between 31 August and 5 September. Here, along with the original certificates, two sets of self-attested photocopies, online fee payment slip will also have to be brought along. Since this is the first round allotment of NEET UG state level counseling, if the candidate is not satisfied with his allotted college, he can also take the option of free exit. In this way, he will also be able to re-participate in the second round allotment process. If he is satisfied with his allotted college, then there is no need for him to go to the next round. This process has to be done by the candidate by appearing in person.
