Rahul Gandhi is wrong as the leader of opposition of the world’s largest democracy: Nalin Kohli

New Delhi, November 22 (IANS). Bharatiya Janata Party’s national spokesperson Nalin Kohli, while speaking to IANS on Friday, gave his reaction to the comments made by Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi about US President Joe Biden and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Nalin Kohli said that when Rahul Gandhi made such statements, he was criticized a lot. Joe Biden is the President of the world’s oldest democracy. At the same time, the public has expressed confidence in Narendra Modi, the Prime Minister of the world’s largest democracy, thrice. When Rahul Gandhi expressed his views, everyone felt that he should not say such things. Rahul Gandhi was also condemned and criticized for this.

The BJP spokesperson said, “Is it appropriate to make such a statement as the leader of the opposition in the world’s largest democracy? Now Rahul Gandhi becomes accountable.”

Rahul Gandhi had said that the way Joe Biden’s memory has become weak, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has similar symptoms. Politics has intensified on this statement.

National Medicos Organization India (NMO India) on Thursday accused Rahul Gandhi of insulting Joe Biden’s cognitive abilities.

National President of NMO India Prof. C.B. In the letter issued, Tripathi condemned Rahul Gandhi’s comment about the US President and said, “It is disappointing for Rahul Gandhi to make such comments about a foreign head of state. He is much senior and older than him. This is Rahul Gandhi’s comment.” The behavior is completely contrary to the Indian culture of respecting our elders. Such remarks are unbecoming of an opposition leader. It shows his lack of understanding and sensitivity.”
