New Delhi, December 11 (IANS). BJP MLA Erasis Acharya criticized Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and said that he does not know whether he has read the history of independent India or not.
Erasis Acharya said, “I suggest he read various news reports as well as books like ‘India after Gandhi’ and ‘India after Independence’. If anyone has ever tried to kill democracy it is the Congress party “Indira Gandhi imposed emergency, arrested opposition leaders and captured constitutional institutions. Rahul Gandhi should read and understand the Constitution before preaching to others.”
When Congress raised questions on the Constitution, BJP leader Satish Poonia said that Rahul Gandhi has the Constitution book in his hands. If he can recite the Preamble of the Constitution, I will accept his understanding. If he tells how many members were there in the Constituent Assembly, I will agree. We feel that Congress Party has hired Rahul Gandhi to do gimmicks and he is doing this for fun.
Rajasthan Government Minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore said that if any political party has made the most changes in the Constitution, it is the Congress Party. Nehru did this, then Indira Gandhi and then Rajiv Gandhi made many changes in the Constitution. This is the same Gandhi family and Congress party, which had imposed emergency in the country.
Regarding ‘Rising Rajasthan’ Global Investment Summit 2024, State Government Minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore said that every day is important and as we move forward, every effort of ours should be successful. We will have to contribute to a developed Rajasthan under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of a developed India.
