New Delhi, November 24 (IANS). Bharatiya Janata Party’s national spokesperson Shazia Ilmi, while talking to IANS on Sunday, expressed her views regarding the election results of Maharashtra and Jharkhand.
Shazia Ilmi taunted about Congress’s performance in the poll-bound state and said, “The name is big and the philosophy is small. They talked big like Bharat Jodo Yatra, Bharat Nyay Yatra and Constitution Bachao Yatra, but what was the result? Congress has done the best work ever.” Performed poorly. Maharashtra was once considered a stronghold of Congress. The way Uddhav Thackeray abandoned his father’s ideology and legacy five years ago, the people there are heartbroken. And Voted for BJP with my life.”
He further said that Rahul Gandhi’s thinking is “even more leftist than leftist” and urban Naxal. The “tukde tukde gang” and the idea of making fun of India resulted in Rahul Gandhi becoming completely disconnected with the people. The person who travels across the country and talks about connecting people, does not even have an idea of the reality of the country.
The BJP leader said that lying about reservation and the Constitution is an old habit of the Congress. While cursing Prime Minister Narendra Modi, they start abusing the country and its countrymen. This shows that they lack understanding.
Regarding the entry of youth into politics, he said that earlier politics was considered a kind of property of only a few families, but now more and more people are coming into it. They are contributing to politics due to their hard work, wisdom and understanding. Young people from different backgrounds find a place in a party. Similar parties can run today.
