Jodhpur : Technical work is being done by Southern Railway for remodeling work in Tambaram yard of Chennai division. Non interlocking block is being taken for this work. According to Divisional Railway Manager Pankaj Kumar Singh, many trains will be affected due to this work. Train number 22632 Bikaner-Madurai train will depart from Bikaner on 21st and 28th July and 4th and 11th August and will operate via the changed route via Perambur-Arakkonam-Chengalpattu instead of the scheduled route Chennai Egmore-Tambaram and will stop at Perambur station on the changed route.
Train No. 22631 Madurai – Bikaner train will leave from Madurai on 15th August and will run on the changed route via Villupuram – Vellore Cantonment – Katpadi – Perambur instead of the scheduled route.
Train No. 20482 Tiruchirapalli-Bhagat Ki Kothi Express train will depart from Tiruchirapalli on 27th July, 3rd and 10th August and will run via the diverted route Chengalpattu- Arakkonam- Perambur- Gudur instead of the scheduled route Chennai Egmore and will halt at Perambur station on the diverted route.
Train No. 20482 Tiruchirapalli – Bhagat Ki Kothi Express train will leave Tiruchirapalli on 17th August and will run via the diverted route Villupuram – Chengalpattu – Arakkonam – Perambur instead of its scheduled route Tambaram – Chennai Egmore.
Train No. 20481 Bhagat Ki Kothi-Tiruchirappalli Express train will leave from Bhagat Ki Kothi on 14th August and will run via the diverted route Perambur-Arakkonam-Katpadi-Villupuram instead of its scheduled route Chennai Egmore-Tambaram-Chengalpattu and will stop at Perambur station on the diverted route.
Train No. 22673 Bhagat Ki Kothi-Mannargudi train will leave from Bhagat Ki Kothi on 15th August and will run via the diverted route via Perambur-Arakkonam-Chengalpattu-Villupuram instead of its scheduled route Chennai Egmore-Tambaram and will stop at Perambur station on the diverted route.
