Jaipur : This year’s monsoon is now departing from Rajasthan. Even at the time of this farewell, monsoon has become active once again. The weather, which became active from Thursday 26th September, has drenched many districts of the state. Although there was no heavy rain, there was cloud movement with light rain in many districts. The weather remains pleasant in 21 districts of Eastern Rajasthan including Jaipur. Today, on Friday, September 27, there is a possibility of rain in 23 districts of the state. The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert in all the 21 districts of eastern Rajasthan except Jhunjhunu and Sikar. Yellow alert has also been issued in two districts of western Rajasthan, Jalore and Pali.
According to the old districts, there are a total of 23 districts in Eastern Rajasthan and 10 in Western Rajasthan. Warning of thunder and lightning has been issued in 21 out of 23 districts of Eastern Rajasthan. These 21 districts include Alwar, Banswara, Baran, Bharatpur, Bhilwara, Bundi, Chittorgarh, Dausa, Dholpur, Dungarpur, Jaipur, Jhalawar, Karauli, Kota, Pratapgarh, Rajsamand, Sawai Madhopur, Sirohi, Tonk, Udaipur. Yellow alert has also been issued in Pali and Jalore in western Rajasthan. Yellow alert is issued for today Friday and tomorrow Saturday in these 23 districts of Eastern and Western Rajasthan. Later on Sunday, September 29, an alert has been issued in 18 districts instead of 23.
Clouds rained in many districts on Thursday
On Thursday, September 26, light to moderate rain occurred in many districts including Jaipur, Tonk, Sawai Madhopur. According to the report of Meteorological Center Jaipur, light rain was recorded in more than 11 districts on Thursday. These include Jaipur, Tonk, Chittorgarh, Baran, Dausa, Banswara, Sawai Madhopur, Dungarpur, Banswara, Rajsamand and Udaipur districts. The highest rainfall of 26 mm was recorded in Nadauti area of Karauli district. 22 mm in Gudhachandraji of Karauli district, 22 mm in Paharia of Banswara district, 21 mm in Sunel of Jhalawar, 10 mm in Dag area, 18 mm in Sabla of Dungarpur district, 14 mm in Aspur area, 11 mm in Sikrai of Dausa district. 8 mm rainfall was recorded in MM, Basava.
With the departure of monsoon, heat is also showing its attitude
With the departure of monsoon, heat has also started showing its attitude. The temperature in western Rajasthan has reached above 41 degrees Celsius. On Thursday, September 26, the highest temperature of 41.2 degrees Celsius was recorded in Phalodi district. Similarly, the temperature in three other districts of western Rajasthan also remained above 40 degrees Celsius. The temperature was 40.3 degrees Celsius in Barmer, 40.3 degrees Celsius in Bikaner and 40 degrees Celsius in Ganganagar district. According to the Meteorological Department, the temperature is likely to increase further in the coming days.
