Three youths brutally raped a minor girl in Chandigarh. Not only this, the criminal youth sent nude photos to the fiance of a minor girl. That is, where the father committed injustice by arranging the marriage of a minor. Three criminals raped the girl and destroyed her entire world. Now the police is busy investigating this matter.
This case is of Sampau police station area of Dholpur district. Where the police have registered a case of gang rape with a 14 year old girl. On the report of the minor’s father, the police have registered a case under the POCSO Act against three named and two other accused. Now the police has started investigation in the matter.
The girl was first taken to Agra and then taken to Chandigarh.
Sampau police station CO Shair Singh said that the father of the minor told in his report that on September 7, two youths lured his 14-year-old minor daughter and took him to Agra on a bike. Where a young man was found in Agra who went to Chandigarh with his minor daughter. In Chandigarh itself, the three youths took turns to rape her daughter. After this, on September 9, the criminals left the minor at the intersection of Sampau town. Even after this incident, the victim’s family did not register a case with the police.
Revealed on sending nude photos to fiancé
The victim’s father told the police that due to public shame, he did not register a case with the police at the time of the incident. But the accused youth sent nude photos of her minor daughter to her future husband and threatened that they will not marry her. After this the daughter’s relationship broke. CO Shair Singh said that a case of gang rape has been registered against three named and two unidentified. The minor girl has undergone medical examination related to rape. The police have taken written statements regarding the incident. He said that the police team is raiding possible hideouts to arrest the accused. The accused will be arrested and legal action will be taken in the matter.
