Jaipur : Finance Minister Diya Kumari made several announcements on Wednesday in the first full budget of the Bhajanlal government. Diya Kumari made several big announcements about Roadways. In the budget, announcements were made about recruitment in Roadways and purchase of new buses. Diya Kumar said that 500 buses will be purchased for the Roadways in the state. Along with this, the government will also purchase 300 electric buses. At the same time, 800 buses will be hired. Bus stands with modern facilities will be made in 10 districts including Ajmer, Kota, Bharatpur and Udaipur. 1650 employees will be recruited in Roadways. Electric buses will be run for big cities including Bikaner, Bharatpur.
150 crores for library-Wi-Fi connection
Finance Minister Diya Kumari announced in the budget speech that Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee District Upliftment Scheme will be started by making a provision of Rs 500 crore to solve the primary needs and problems of every district. Libraries and Wi-Fi connections will be provided in urban areas of the state at a cost of Rs 150 crore. Electricity lines will be laid underground in urban areas in a phased manner at a cost of Rs 150 crore. Fire brigade will be provided in every municipal body at a cost of Rs 65 crore.
