The committee had given its recommendations and submitted the report to the government, but even before the report was implemented, the election code of conduct was imposed and after that the government in the state changed. Rathod said that now there is BJP government again in the state. In such a situation, the government should implement its report and provide its benefits to lakhs of employees.
