Rajasthan government will give great news to 5 lakh families, they will have to do a small work

Jodhpur : 5 lakh families of Jodhpur, Jodhpur Rural and Phalodi district will now get domestic gas cylinder for Rs 450 under the LPG Subsidy Scheme. For this, LPG seeding work is being done at about 1300 ration shops in the district. So far 20 percent seeding has been done. The last date for seeding is November 30.

Under the LPG Cylinder Subsidy Scheme, to provide support to the women of needy families, LPG gas cylinders are already being provided to the families of Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana and BPL category at Rs 450. There are 5 lakh families in Jodhpur, out of which about 1.50 lakh families were already availing this benefit. In the budget announcement by Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, expanding the scope of this scheme from 2024-25, it was announced to provide LPG gas cylinder for Rs 450 to all the families receiving ration wheat i.e. all NFSA beneficiaries.

Problem in seeding due to POS machine

The state government has provided new POS (point of sale) machines to all 27 thousand ration dealers of the state. The machine is quite updated, but the new machine is facing signal problems. LPG seeding is facing problems due to frequent network failures. Without LPG seeding, wheat distribution is not to be done from this month. In such a situation, people are also facing a lot of trouble at ration shops. Ration dealers say that after the signal disappears in the POS machine, sometimes the network does not come for two hours due to which the ration takers get tired and go home.
