‘Rajasthan High Court’ became the first court in the country to start e-service, PM Modi inaugurated it

Jodhpur : In Jodhpur, Rajasthan, PM Modi inaugurated the museum located in the High Court premises on Sunday and launched the e-Seva Twitkar app for e-summon warrant. Rajasthan High Court has become the first court in the country to launch such an app. On this occasion, Governor Haribhau Bagde released the stamp issued on the Platinum Jubilee year of the High Court and presented it to the PM. Modi released the souvenir. Earlier, at the beginning of the speech, Modi apologized for arriving 10 minutes late due to the weather.

During this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that earlier the word Chakkar (dirty) had become attached to the court and it was such that once you got stuck, you never knew when you would get out of it. Now the situation has changed. He said that to fulfill the dream of a developed India, it is necessary to guarantee easy and simple justice. For this, like ease of doing, ease of justice will have to be promoted.

Decisions are being made in regional languages

At the ceremony, Union Minister of State for Law Arjun Ram Meghwal praised the Supreme Court’s innovation of making its decisions available in regional languages. Supreme Court judge Sanjeev Khanna explained the difference between governance and good governance. Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma said that Rajasthan High Court was among those courts that supported the people during the Emergency. In the beginning, Rajasthan High Court Chief Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava gave the welcome address.
