Udaipur : Rajasthan High Court Jodhpur has issued notice to 5 including Rajsamand MP Mahima Kumari Mewar, Nathdwara MLA Vishwaraj Singh Mewar and Rajsamand MLA Dipti Maheshwari. The bench of Justice Madan Gopal Vyas heard the petition of advocate Jitendra Kumar Khatik. The court has issued a notice and sought a reply. Independent candidate and advocate Jitendra Kumar Khatik, in the election petition, made allegations of irregularities in the Lok Sabha elections and wrongly accepting nominations, submitting wrong affidavits, luring voters to win the elections and winning the elections illegally against the rules. . The High Court has issued notice to all the parties and ordered them to file their reply on December 16.

Accused of submitting false affidavit on property
Advocate Khatik alleged that in the Lok Sabha elections 2024, Mahima Kumari and her husband Vishvaraj Singh have submitted a false affidavit on property. The information about properties in the affidavit also varied. Mahima Kumari had mentioned PAN card numbers of five people in the affidavit submitted during nomination, while Vishvaraj Singh had mentioned four PAN card numbers.

Allegation of making two voter ID cards
On the other hand, Dipti Maheshwari had presented the voter card of Rajsamand along with her nomination in the same election, in which she had presented the voter ID card of Udaipur in the by-election of Rajsamand in 2021.
