Bikaner : In Bikaner district of Rajasthan, three youths kidnapped a minor girl sleeping outside her house and took her to the fields and committed gang rape. This incident took place in Khajuwala tehsil area, whose video was also made by the criminals. Now a complaint was lodged with the police in this matter, after which a case has been registered under sections of kidnapping, gang rape and making obscene videos of a minor.
The girl was released after being threatened
The victim told that three people from Suratgarh kidnapped her at night in Khajuwala. They took her to a deserted field, where all three of them raped her in turns and also made a video. They covered her mouth with a towel so that she would not scream and call someone. After raping her several times at night, all three of them left her. But they also threatened her that if she told anyone about this or filed a case, they would make this video viral.
Took revenge for not getting married
After the incident, all three youths fled and the scared girl reached her home. The rape victim, who was living in the shadow of fear, told her family about this incident a few days ago, and they were shocked. Finally, the victim’s father reported to the police. In the report, he told that his 17-year-old daughter had gone to Suratgarh with her younger sister for the engagement of her aunt’s son and stayed there for several days. During this time, one of the accused Gurvinder Singh Raisikh started following her and started pressuring her to marry him. She did not pay much attention to this and returned to her home after a few days. But the accused Gurvinder Singh Raisikh started harassing her by calling her continuously. Along with this, he also pressurized her parents to marry him through phone.
A friend helped on 5 September
After refusing every time, on the night of 5th September, when the victim was sleeping outside her house with her mother and grandmother, at midnight, the accused Gurvinder Singh came there with his two companions on a bike and forcibly picked her up by gagging her. All the three accused were together and took the victim to a secluded place and raped her. Along with raping her, the accused also kept making a video of her. After several days, she told her family about this incident. On the basis of the complaint given by the victim’s father, the police have registered a case under rape and POCSO Act and started investigation.
