Dungarpur : After the seizure of gold and silver worth about 1 crore in Rajasthan, sensation spread in the entire area. Actually this case has come to light from Dungarpur district. Bichhiwara police station has seized gold worth 70 lakhs and cash worth more than 26 lakhs from three people on Ratanpur border. Police has arrested the three youths for not giving any satisfactory answer regarding gold and cash. All three youths were trying to enter the border of Gujarat on foot carrying one bag each in their hands. Here the police is interrogating the accused.

Kailash Soni, the police officer of Bichiwada police station in Dungarpur district, said that the police was conducting a blockade at the Ratanpur border of Rajasthan-Gujarat. During this, three youths were seen walking with a bag in each hand. The police stopped the three youths on the basis of suspicion and searched their bags. The bags were full of gold jewellery and cash. After which the police asked the youths for documents related to gold and cash, but the three could not give any satisfactory answer.
Gold and silver worth about Rs 1 crore seized
Police seized all three bags. Police recovered 962.05 grams of gold jewellery and Rs 26 lakh 9 thousand 740 cash from the seized bags. Police also recovered 4 GPS. The value of the gold is said to be around Rs 70 lakh. In this case, police have arrested Narendra Kumar son of Gongaram Meghwal, Mukesh Kumar son of Ganesharam Meghwal and Chandulal son of Jaisaji Sain, residents of Sirohi district. They are being interrogated by the police.
