Bharatpur : Khoh police station of Deeg district of Rajasthan has arrested an interstate vehicle thief after an encounter. Police had received information from an informer that international vehicle thief Aslam alias Bachchi had come to his house to take a bath. On the information of the informer, Khoh police station formed three teams and raided the house of the criminal on Tuesday (2 July) morning. Aslam alias Bachchi started firing as soon as he saw the police.
Criminal injured by police bullet
The police also fired back in self-defense. In the retaliatory firing by the police, international vehicle thief Aslam alias Bachchi was hit by one bullet in the stomach and one bullet in both legs. The accused fell down after being injured by the bullets, and the police immediately caught him. The police reached Deeg District Hospital for the treatment of injured Aslam. The doctors have referred Aslam to Bharatpur. After which the police took the international vehicle thief Aslam to RBM Hospital in Bharatpur, from there also the doctors referred him to Jaipur.
The accused has 18 cases of vehicle theft registered against him
Khoh police station in-charge Vishambar said that about 18 cases of vehicle theft are registered against the miscreant Aslam alias Bachchi in Rajasthan. He has also committed many crimes in Haryana and UP. He told that the police was looking for the miscreant for a long time. According to police station in-charge Vishambar, on June 31 also the police had gone to the village of Rundh Khoh to catch the miscreant. During this, the miscreant escaped seeing the opportunity. The police raided today on the information of the informer. According to the police, the miscreant started firing with an illegal weapon as soon as he saw the police. The police also fired in self-defense, due to which the miscreant got shot three times. Illegal weapons and 6 cartridges have been recovered from the accused, out of which 5 are live cartridges.

Deeg CO Prem Bahadur Singh said that Aslam alias Bachchi (30 years) is a resident of Rundh Khoh district Deeg. Aslam alias Bachchi is a cunning interstate vehicle thief. The police was looking for Aslam for a long time. This morning the police reached his house to catch the criminal. According to CO Prem Bahadur, when the police reached the criminal’s house, he was taking a bath. On seeing the police team, the criminal started firing from a country-made pistol. The police retaliated to this. The criminal fell on the ground after being injured by bullets in both his legs.
Doctors referred the miscreant to Jaipur

After this, the police team surrounded and caught the miscreant and confiscated the illegal weapon. Police have recovered live cartridges from the accused. Injured miscreant Aslam was taken to Deeg Hospital. Deeg CO said that after first aid, the doctors referred the injured miscreant Aslam to Bharatpur District Hospital. After this, he was referred from Bharatpur to Jaipur.
