Udaipur : Javed, an accused in Udaipur’s famous Kanhaiyalal murder case, got bail on Thursday. After Javed got bail, political turmoil has increased in Rajasthan. Rajasthan High Court granted bail to Javed
In fact, on Thursday, the division bench of Rajasthan High Court granted bail to Mohammad Javed, the accused arrested in the Kanhaiyalal murder case. After hearing the case, the division bench of Justice Pankaj Bhandari and Justice Praveer Bhatnagar granted this bail on a bail bond of Rs 2 lakh and a surety amount of Rs 1 lakh.

Dotasara further wrote that due to the weak advocacy of the Modi government, one of the accused Javed got bail from the court today. The BJP government may be protecting the accused, but we are standing firmly with Kanhaiyalal ji’s family in the fight for justice.
Kanhaiyalal’s son said- what is the benefit of a double engine government
Meanwhile, Kanhaiyalal’s son’s statement has also come to light in this case. Reacting to Mohammad Javed getting bail, Kanhaiyalal’s son Yas said that in this way everyone will get bail one after the other. Our family is not satisfied with this decision. Yas raised the question and said that in such a situation, what is the benefit of a double engine government.
The arrest was made 20 days after the murder
On 28 June 2022, Mohammad Riyaz Attari and Gaus Mohammad brutally murdered Kanhaiyalal by slitting his throat. The NIA arrested Javed 20 days after Kanhaiyalal’s murder. He was accused of meeting the main accused Riyaat Attari a day before the incident. A blunt sword was found during a search of his house. In such a situation, a case was also registered against him under the Arms Act.
Javed had to work as a jeweler
Let us tell you that Mohammad Javed used to sell artificial jewellery in Udaipur. He got acquainted with the main accused of the murder case, Riyaz Atari, through his shop’s neighbour Wasim. Javed was also accused of doing recce in this case. About 1 year ago also he had applied for bail in the court, which was rejected by the court on the appeal of NIA. However, now the High Court has accepted Javed’s bail plea.
