In such a situation, to provide relief to the patients, the District Collector had instructed the hospital administration to provide online test reports to the patients on mobile. The hospital administration made a lot of efforts for this, but due to technical hurdles, it seems difficult to start it. For this, help was taken from the technical experts of Jaipur based Integrated Hospital Management System (IHMS) software on behalf of the hospital administration. He also tried changing some cables etc. of the machines, a lot of efforts were also made, but due to lack of exchange of data, success in the said work has not been achieved till now. It is expected to take more time.
