Rajsamand : Rajsamand Municipality Amet has decided to start collecting garbage collection fees in the city as per the instructions of the Autonomous Government Department of Rajasthan. This fee will be decided based on the category of businesses. Fees for the month of November will be collected in December.
Fees will be charged from them
The scope of fee collection includes all the shops, hotels, restaurants, gardens, private offices, banks, breakfast stalls, vegetable-fruit vendors, ice cream vehicles, cabins and retailers in the city. Acting Commissioner Shankarlal Changeriwal said that the garbage collection fee An agency has been selected for recovery. This agency will survey all the business units in the city and the survey information will be computerized. After this, garbage collection fee will be collected by the municipality every month.
Income will increase
The municipality is likely to earn an annual income of about Rs 36 lakh from this scheme, which will further improve the cleanliness of the city.
These will be the fee rates
Shops, eating joints, sweet shops, coffee houses: ₹200 per month
Guest House, Restaurant, Bank, Insurance Office, Private Office: ₹500 per month
Hotels and big restaurants: ₹750 per month
Snack-stall, ice-cream vehicle, lorry, retail vegetable-fruit vendor: ₹150 per month
