Rajsamand: Two accused arrested in fake registration tax fraud case

Rajsamand : The local police arrested two accused in the case of fake registration tax fraud registered eight months ago and presented them in the court. Earlier, 5 accused have been arrested in the case. Devgarh police station officer Anil Kumar Bishnoi said that on March 23, 2024, Dhanna son of Narayan Rawal, resident of Devgarh, Anjana, Vinod Kumar Regar, resident of Bhil Basti, Anjana, Dhanna Rebari, resident of Mandwara Swasdi, Suthar Faryu. A report was lodged against Dhanturiya Bharuch Gujarat Hall Jogela Tehsil Deogarh resident Yogi Kishannath, Anjana resident Jagu and Lachchu Rawal for committing fraud by getting fake registration done. Told that land mafia and other people may also be involved in this act.

Based on the report, the police registered a case against the accused and started investigation. Under the direction of SP Manish Tripathi and ASP Mahendra Pareek and supervision of DSP Paras Chaudhary, a team was formed at the police station level under the leadership of SHO Bishnoi. The team had earlier arrested five accused in the case, who were to be produced in the court. But he was sent to judicial custody. Whereas, two accused Sohanlal Gurjar and Narayan Suthar have been arrested with the help of informers and are being interrogated in the case.
