Barmer : Independent MLA from Rajasthan’s Shiv assembly seat Ravindra Singh Bhati is taking the elderly people of his area on pilgrimage at his own expense. On Tuesday morning, he left for Haridwar for a religious pilgrimage with about 80 elderly people from Shiv area. On this occasion, NDTV Rajasthan had a special conversation with the Shiv MLA, in which he said, ‘These elderly people are a part of my family. For them, I am like their children. I am at this place only because of their blessings. Now it is my duty to do something for them. I am just fulfilling my duty.’
Ravindra Singh Bhati said, ‘These people have trusted me and chosen me for the development of the area. I am working for development in this area. Everyone is working together on this. Along with this, we are also performing social duties. Like this pilot project, we have taken a small initiative for the first time. There are many more schemes in the future, which will benefit the people of the area.’

Free coaching to learn German language
Bhati further said, ‘The state government is making efforts for foreign investment. The CM himself is on a foreign tour to invite investors. In the coming days, there will be a big investment from Germany and experts from there will come to India. In such a situation, it is important for the local youth to have knowledge of the German language, so that they can also take advantage of foreign investment. They can get employment. Therefore, many programs including free coaching will be run for the people of my area to learn the German language.’
