RBSE Board changed the time table of half yearly exams in 24 hours, see what is the new timetable now

Bikaner : Half yearly exams will now start in Rajasthan schools from 14th December. The exams will end on 24th December. In the time table released a day earlier, the exams were to start from December 17, which would continue till December 27. After this there would be winter holidays. But now winter holidays are expected to start from 25th December. Director of Secondary Education Ashish Modi issued the revised order on Wednesday (27 November) at 7 pm. According to the revised time table, practicals will be held on 12th December and 13th December. The written examination will start from 14th December.

Education Minister had given statement on leave

However, Education Minister Madan Dilawar had issued a statement. He had said, “Winter holidays used to be from 25th to 31st December. Now we have made it clear that there will be holidays only when winter falls. Be it from 1st January or 5th January. There will be holidays depending on the time. What first? It was said that leave had to be given whether it was winter or not, because of this there was a lot of loss.”

Annual calendar for 2024-25 has been released

In Rajasthan, the Education Department has released the annual calendar for schools on 28th July. This time too, winter holidays will start from 25th December and will last till 5th January. All private and government schools will remain closed.

In the year 2023, holidays started from 25th December only.

Rajasthan Board declares winter holidays every year. The date of winter vacation is given in the academic calendar. Last year in 2023, winter vacation was released from 24 December 2023 to 5 January 2023.
