Sambhal, 12 December (IANS). The families of Bilal, Rumaan, Ayaan and Kaif, who were killed in the Sambhal violence in Uttar Pradesh, met Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi and Wayanad MP Priyanka Gandhi in Delhi on Wednesday. After this meeting, the relatives of the deceased claimed that they had not been given any assistance.
According to family members, the meeting with both the MPs was good.
Adnan told, “Yesterday (December 11) we went to Delhi. Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi met. It was good to meet both the big leaders. They have assured all possible help. However, at present there is no possibility of any Has not provided any kind of financial assistance. Has received assurance that he will do so further. Neither has any call come from the Samajwadi Party nor has any delegation come to meet him.
Uzair said that he has met Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi. He has assured that he will help us. Asked to take care of the family. I am currently completing my studies.
Meanwhile, Mohammad Tahseen said, “My brother was ill and had gone to Delhi for treatment. People said meet Rahul Gandhi and you will get financial help. But no financial help has been received. Bilal, Rumaan, Ayaan, and Kaif were killed in the Sambhal violence on 24 November. Recently, Rahul Gandhi wanted to go to Sambhal and meet the families of those killed. But, he was stopped at Ghazipur border.
