Bhilwara : A tragic incident happened in Hurda town of Bhilwara district on Friday, when 3 children died after drowning in a Nadi (pond). This accident happened in a small Nadi located behind the Ambedkar hostel on Angucha Road in the town. According to the information, some friends had come to play cricket. After that, they went towards the river to relieve their fatigue. Then the tragic accident happened.
The deceased have been identified as Hemendra Singh Bhati (17), his brother Lokendra Singh Bhati (15), and Prince Khatik (14). These three children had entered the river to take a bath after playing cricket. According to information, all three went into deep water and drowned. As soon as the incident was reported, a large number of villagers reached the spot and with the help of divers, all three bodies were taken out. Gulabpura police station also reached the spot. This incident has created a wave of mourning in the village.
Police gave information about the dead children
On the matter, the police said that out of the 3 dead boys, 2 Hemendra and Lokendra were real brothers. One was studying in 10th class, while the other was a student of 9th class. The name of the deceased’s father is Raghuveer Damami. He runs a flour mill shop in the city. However, after the death of the children, only an elder sister and parents are left in the family. The third boy Prince Khatik was also a student of 10th class. His father Satyanarayan Khatik is an auto driver by profession. He was the youngest among the siblings. After the incident, the police have sent the body to the hospital for postmortem. On hearing the news of such a big accident, the entire village is in mourning.
