Banswara News Desk: An eight-day religious festival will begin from Wednesday at the Lalivav Math area in the city. Lalivav area is decorated with attractive decorations and lights. In the Mahotsav, a large number of Saint Mahatmas and Mahamandaleshwars from different parts of the country were welcomed by welcoming them on their arrival at Lalivav on Tuesday evening. The festival will begin with praise and worship of the presiding deity of Lalivav Math, Shri Padmanabha. Besides, Guru Paduka puja will be performed at the tombs and statues of former Peethadhishwars.
After this there will be programs of pavilion entry and procession. Here Lalivav Peethadhishwar Mahamandaleshwar Mahant Hariomdasji Maharaj, Sant Raghuvirdasji Maharaj and officials of the festival organizing committee welcomed him. On Monday, scholars of Vedas, rituals and Bhagwat from different parts of the country also reached Lali Vav on Tuesday. Bhagwat Katha will take place in the festival from 1 pm to 5 pm every day from 21st November. Bhagwat Katha will be preached in the Amritvani of Swami Rajendradas Devacharyaji Maharaj.
On the occasion of the inauguration of the festival, a procession will be taken out from the Siddhanath Mahadev Temple complex located in Kushalbagh area on Wednesday afternoon. Which will pass through Gandhi Murti, Shri Raghunathji Temple, Shri Ram Bazaar, Palace Road, Shri Nrisingh Temple, Shri Mahalakshmi Chowk, Azad Chowk, Shri Atal Ganesh Temple, Kumharwada, Surajpol and will conclude at the venue Shri Laliwaav Math. It will include Sadhu-Saints, Mahamandaleshwar, Shri Mahant, bhajan groups, ride of Lord Shri Padmanabha on Gajraj, horse riders, flag bearer, Kalash Yatra, Pothi Yatra, tableaux etc. coming from different parts of the country and thousands of devotees will participate.
