Result of by-election on Dausa assembly seat today

Dausa : Who will win the Dausa Assembly by-election will be decided today. Counting of votes will start at Pandit Naval Kishore Sharma Government PG College from 8 am. For counting of votes, 17 counting tables have been installed in room number 13 in the PG block. There will be 18 rounds of EVM counting. District Election Officer Devendra Kumar said that counting will be done on a total of 17 counting tables, out of which 14 tables will be for EVM and 3 tables will be for postal ballot. Apart from this, ETPBS pre-counting will be done on 4 tables installed in room number 14.

There were 12 candidates in the fray for the by-election. Where out of 2 lakh 46 thousand 20 voters, 1 lakh 53 thousand 278 voters cast their votes. The voting percentage was also 62.30. In such a situation, initial trends will start emerging by 8:30 am. More than 1000 soldiers will be deployed for security. At the same time, vehicular movement on Agra Road will remain closed during the counting of votes. For this, traffic will be diverted from other routes including Somnath Circle and Gandhi Tiraha.
