Revantram Danga reached Nagaur Assembly driving a tractor, took oath as MLA

Nagaur : Revantram Danga, the winner of the by-election on Khinvsar assembly seat of Nagaur, took oath as MLA in the assembly on Tuesday. Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Speaker Vasudev Devnani administered the oath to Revantram Danga as Khinvsar MLA. After taking the oath, MLA Revantram Danga hailed Veer Tejaji Maharaj. To take oath, Revantram Danga reached the Assembly riding on a tractor with a large number of supporters. Senior leader Richpal Mirdha sat on the left side of Danga on the tractor and Khinvsar chief representative Jagdish Bidiyasar sat on the right side.

Earlier, MLA Danga along with his supporters expressed happiness by holding the traditional jowar daka (harvest) in his hand. During this time, Dr. Manju Baghmar, Minister of State for Women Welfare and Child Development and PWD in the state government, also remained with her. MLA Revantram Danga had left for taking oath late on Monday evening with a convoy of vehicles of his supporters from his native village Paldi Vyasa. On the way from Paldi Vyasa to Jaipur, people welcomed the newly elected MLA Revantram Danga at many places including Kuchaman and Jobner.

This morning too, while taking oath, MLA Revantram Danga was seen in traditional attire of white dhoti-kurta and turban. After taking the oath, MLA Danga said that he will work towards making Khinvsar another noble state. His priority is to provide small mining leases to the farmers and will also provide easy drinking water system in the deprived areas. It is noteworthy that Revantram Danga has recently won the Khinvsar assembly seat in the assembly by-election by defeating Kanika Beniwal, wife of Rashtriya Loktantrik Party chief Hanuman Beniwal.
