Risk of accidents increases on Delhi-Mumbai Expressway from Dausa Lalsot.

Dausa : Many claims of safety are made on Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, but safety standards are being completely ignored on this expressway. On Wednesday night, near Amrabad village under Ramgarh Pachwara police station of Lalsot area, a cow suddenly came on the road on the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, due to which a major accident was avoided. Mahavir Vijay, a resident of Niwai in Tonk district, who was going to Dausa, said that he saw cows on both sides of the road. Movement of cows, especially on expressways, has become common, due to which the risk of road accidents has increased.

Mahavir Vijay said that the expressway was claimed to be made higher so that the cattle could not climb on the road and security walls were also built on both sides. However, due to illegal cuttings, helpless cattle cross these walls and come to the expressway, which increases the risk of accidents on the road. He alleged that due to the negligence of the construction company of Delhi-Mumbai Expressway and the concerned authorities, movement of cattle on this expressway has now become common, due to which accidents are continuing and many people are losing their lives.
