Hanumangarh : In Hanumangarh district of Rajasthan, a man beheaded his own wife on Monday morning. After killing his wife, he went straight to the police station and surrendered. The husband told the police that his wife used to meet many people, her character was not good. That is why he killed her. As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot and started further action after investigation.
Wife was sleeping on the cot, he cut her neck
Hanumangarh police station said that a person named Ramesh living in ward 56 in Sureshia town killed his wife Ekta. Ekta’s maternal home is in Sureshia area itself. Ramesh had rented a room nearby a few days ago. In this case, Ekta’s father has filed a murder case against the son-in-law. Police said that the big knife used for the murder has been deposited in the police station. Ramesh has been produced in the court.
The husband said that she used to meet many people
Junction police station investigating the murder case said that Ramesh was originally from Ghadsana area and had been living in a rented room here for some time. He said that he had doubts about his wife’s character. When he went to work, his wife used to go to meet some people. He even tried to explain to his wife but she did not listen to him. Suresh was trying to kill his wife for several days. On Monday morning, when the children were sleeping inside and his wife was sleeping outside in the courtyard, he cut his wife’s neck.
Ekta has three children
Ekta’s father Mohanlal Soni told the police that Suresh and Ekta have three children. These include two boys and a girl. All of them are between 8 and 12 years of age. The children have become orphans after the murder of their mother and the arrest of their father.
