Jaipur News Desk: A woman died in a collision with a roadways bus. The woman along with her family had come to the bus stand to visit Ram temple. Accident Police Station (West) conducted the postmortem at SMS Hospital on Monday morning and handed over the body to the family members. Police have seized the roadways bus and arrested the driver. Head constable Ram Naresh said – Guddu Devi (72), wife of Indra Mal, resident of Mundawar Kotputli, died in the accident. She had gone out with her husband, daughter and son-in-law to visit the Ram temple in Ayodhya. She along with her family had come from Kotputli to Sindhicamp bus stand in Jaipur on Sunday afternoon.
At around 3:45 pm, a roadways bus hit Guddu Devi at the gate of Sindhicamp bus stand. Due to the collision, she got seriously injured and fell on the road. The family got Guddu Devi admitted to the Trauma of SMS Hospital in critical condition. Doctors declared him dead during treatment. Police reached the medical information and kept the body in the mortuary for postmortem. The police took immediate action and seized the roadways bus and arrested the driver.
